1. SHIPPING TERMS
All packages are delivered to the post office in the neighborhood. The postman closest to you will either deliver the package or leave a notice if you are not home. We currently offer Delivery within the UK and worldwide service with the following two shipping options respectively: 1. ROYAL MAIL shipping waiting time is Next Day Delivery, 1-2 business days. 2. Airmail. Your order will usually be delivered within 4 to 5 Business days. If Royal Mail is not an option for your shipping method for UK based orders, other shipping companies will be used.
Unfortunately, due to customs delays, delivery may take a little longer. this is independent of our delivery service. Therefore we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order on time. Earlier delivery of the package is also possible. You can order any medicine on our website and have it sent to you immediately in the mail. We aim to process your order within 24 hours of receipt. 2. RETURN POLICY
Contact our customer service team if for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product you have purchased. We will resend your order for free if the product is damaged, defective or the seller sent the wrong item. For orders out of the UK, We are sorry but we do not accept product returns. International regulations prevent the return of medicines.
